Loro Parque tickets on the official site: our review and when to buy direct

A ticket costs €44 for adults and €32 for children on loroparque.com and on the platforms. The official website won't refund you, but its tickets never expire: if you know you'll go but not which day, buy direct. If you might not go at all, GetYourGuide lets you cancel free up to 24 h beforehand.

Loro Parque sells at the same price as GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout, with one trump card the platforms don't mention: according to its FAQs, an unused ticket never expires. You won't get your money back, but you're not tied to a date either.

The platforms win when you're not sure you'll go. In that case GetYourGuide's free cancellation is worth more than an everlasting ticket you might never use.

Who's behind it

Wolfgang Kiessling founded Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz in 1972, with 150 parrots. Today he heads a group that includes Siam Park, the Poema del Mar aquarium (in Gran Canaria, not Tenerife), the Hotel Botánico and Brunelli's restaurant.

The official shop is at loroparque.com; phone +34 922 373 841. On Tiqets the ticket is resold by the platform itself, which is listed as the provider; GetYourGuide and Headout act as intermediaries.

What the official site sells

Product Adult (12+) Child (3–11) Canary resident adult / child
Day ticket €44 €32 €22 / €16
Twin Ticket with Siam Park (15 days) €78 €57 €39 / €28
Diamond €127 €79 €105 / €63
All Inclusive €132 — €110 adult
Bus from the south, return €21 €17 same

Diamond includes admission, a guided tour, reserved seats at every show and a set menu at Brunelli's (13:00–15:30), and asks you to arrive before 09:45. All Inclusive adds a guided tour, VIP seats and unlimited food and soft drinks in the park's restaurants, with no alcohol and no Brunelli's.

There's no senior rate and no large-family rate. Visitors with a recognised disability of 60% or more get a special price, but only at the ticket office, as with the police discount.

Adult prices checked on 2 October 2026. They can change with the date; each platform confirms the final price.

The price is the same everywhere. The terms aren't:

  • GetYourGuide: free cancellation up to 24 h beforehand and pay later.
  • Headout: free cancellation up to 48 h beforehand and pay later; a service fee may be added at checkout.
  • Tiqets: non-refundable, and no date changes.
  • Official website: no refunds, but the ticket never expires.

Tiqets also sells Diamond (from €127) and All Inclusive (from €132), the same as the official website.

Adult prices checked on 2 October 2026. They can change with the date; each platform confirms the final price.

The two-park combo with transfer costs from €99 on GetYourGuide and Tiqets: the official Twin Ticket (€78) plus one official bus (€21). You don't save anything, but you pay once. Check on the listing which park the transfer covers and where it picks up. For Loro Parque alone, the ticket with transfers from the south costs from €65, the same as the official ticket and bus.

Customer service and practical details

The official bus from the south and Los Gigantes has its own phone line, +34 922 797 573 (09:00–20:00), and its stops are listed on the visit page. The motorised buggy (€15 a day) has to be booked three days ahead by phoning the park: something no platform will do for you.

The website has a few slips: the first free train from Puerto de la Cruz leaves at 09:00 according to the FAQs and at 09:30 according to the timetable, and the opening-hours page still carries an Easter block from another year. Trust the table on the visit page.

Are Loro Parque tickets cheaper on the official website?

No. A ticket costs €44 for adults and €32 for children on loroparque.com, GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout. Canary residents pay less (€22 and €16) and so, at the ticket office only, do visitors with a disability of 60% or more.

Do tickets bought on the Loro Parque website expire?

No. The park doesn't give refunds, but its FAQs state that tickets are valid indefinitely, so you can use them on another day.

Which platform lets you cancel a Loro Parque ticket?

GetYourGuide lets you cancel free up to 24 h beforehand and Headout up to 48 h beforehand, both with pay later. On Tiqets the standard ticket is non-refundable and the date can't be changed.

Are there discounts for seniors or disabled visitors?

There's no senior rate. Visitors with a recognised disability of 60% or more get a special price, but only when buying at the park's ticket office.
