Siam Park's official shop has everything, but it isn't cheaper. A day ticket costs the same wherever you buy it, so the real question is what happens if your plans change: the park's website gives no refunds, while GetYourGuide lets you cancel free up to 24 hours beforehand.
Where the official website wins is everything beyond the basic ticket: the resident rate, a stand-alone Fast Pass, VIP cabanas and the paid bus from the north. If you don't need any of that, buy elsewhere.
Who runs the shop
Siam Park belongs to the Loro Parque group, founded by Wolfgang Kiessling and now run by him and his son Christoph. It opened in Costa Adeje in 2008 and sells through its online shop; the annual pass is sold separately, at paseanual.siampark.net.
On Tiqets, the listing names Tiqets itself as the provider: it resells the ticket. GetYourGuide and Headout act as intermediaries. The Tiqets ticket arrives on your phone and is scanned straight at the turnstile.

There's no senior rate. From the age of 12 you pay the adult price, and age is checked at the gate, as is Canary residency.
What's worth buying direct
- Unlimited Fast Pass, €99: not valid on the Tower of Power or the Mai Thai River, doesn't include admission and can't be changed or refunded. The limited version is only sold at the ticket office, with no published price.
- VIP cabanas: €660 (4 people), €990 (6) and €1,320 (8), with admission, Fast Pass and everything included.
- Champagne Club: €250 per day bed for two, with two tickets and a bottle.
- Paid bus from Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz, Los Gigantes and Golf del Sur: book it before 17:00 the day before (+34 922 38 14 33).
The All Inclusive (€165) is also sold by GetYourGuide and Tiqets at the same price.

The €44 appears in every column. What changes is the small print:
- GetYourGuide: free cancellation up to 24 h beforehand and pay later by card, charged 72 hours before your visit.
- Headout: free cancellation up to 48 h beforehand and pay later; it warns that a service fee may be added.
- Tiqets: non-refundable, and no date changes.
- Official website: no refunds, not even when the park closes because of the weather.

The Twin Ticket costs €78 everywhere and saves €10 per adult and €7 per child. On GetYourGuide you can cancel free up to 24 h beforehand; on Tiqets you can't. The park allows 15 days from your first visit and GetYourGuide says 14: plan on 14.
Languages, payment and customer service
If you buy on a platform, its customer service is the one you deal with: GetYourGuide replies within 24 to 48 hours, while Tiqets and Headout advertise 24/7 help. GetYourGuide is the only one of the three in Hungarian and Lithuanian, and it takes PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay as well as cards.
Neither Headout's guarantee nor the park covers bad weather. If the forecast looks grim, your only protection is a free cancellation window that's still open.

No. A day ticket costs €44 for adults and €32 for children on the official website, GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout. Only Canary residents pay less, €22 and €16, by buying on the official website and showing proof of residency at the gate.
