我们怎么做点评
每篇点评都从可以核实的信息开始：公司法定名称、基地、船队或设施、许可证和公开登记信息。然后对比直接预订和平台的价格，逐字阅读取消条款，并总结客人最常称赞和最常抱怨的地方。最后给出1到5分的评分，并说明谁适合订、谁不适合。

怎么看这张表很简单：Trustpilot上主要是投诉，应用商店里主要是满意的用户。GetYourGuide在前者得分最低，在App Store却和Viator并列最高。任何单一数字都不足以做决定。
Barco Azul、许可证和标志：分别代表什么
每家做观鲸的公司都需要加那利群岛政府颁发的许可（有效期最长一年），船上要有一名持证的行业旅游向导，还要挂出醒目的Barco Azul（蓝船）旗：黄色，80 × 50厘米，中间是红白救生圈里的两头白色领航鲸，下方用蓝色数字印着许可有效期。旗子褪色、年份老旧是坏信号；特内里费岛旅游局（Turismo de Tenerife）在其观鲸页面上链接了获批船只名单。广告里写的“Blue Flag certified”指的就是这面强制悬挂的旗，而不是海滩和港口的蓝旗认证。“不追逐”和“生态”也不是认证：任何船只都禁止追逐动物，唯一的自愿标志是特内里费岛旅游局的可持续发展宪章（Carta de Sostenibilidad），每年审核加入的公司。陆上和空中项目，请在公司网站上找它的户外活动旅游登记号，以TA开头。另外，从10月1日起，在西班牙没有游艇驾照就不能租任何船；带船长的出海不受影响。
订票平台
岛上大部分一日游由六家网站销售。GetYourGuide在游船、皮划艇和四轮摩托方面产品最全，也是唯一支持本指南全部十种语言的平台。Tiqets强在博物馆和小型乐园门票，Headout强在可先订后付的乐园门票，Viator（Tripadvisor旗下的订票平台）强在含接送的全天游，Civitatis强在北部和西班牙语导游，Klook上特内里费岛（Tenerife）的产品几乎没什么评价。GetYourGuide、Tiqets、Viator和Klook都书面承认，它们从每个产品赚多少会影响搜索结果的排序。

常见问题
在特内里费岛用GetYourGuide订靠谱吗？

怎么知道一条观鲸船有没有许可？
